  • Regrettably, we are only delivering within South Africa at the moment. We are working hard on the prospect of delivering to many more countries within the next couple of months.

SIZE OF COZZIES

Try not overthink it, we are a Water Polo specific brand and have done our very best to make the costume to suit what we want as players. If you wear a size 32 pants, take a size 32 cozzie (Or a size 30 if you want it really tight). Ladies, if you would normally pick a size 34 full cozzie, pick a size 34 Drenched (Unless you want it smaller and super tight). For more clarity and information, drop us a mail.

ORDER

  • Please ensure all details are correct on the order form;
  • If you do not see your costume size in the specific design that you want, email us and we can make it up for you;
  • Different designs may alter slightly compared to that of the marketing pictures, this is due to the different sizes and the design fitting on that specific size.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery of your purchased goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days;
  • If we do not have your size and you have emailed to order, please expect a slightly longer delivery time;
  • When entering your delivery address, please ensure it is a location where there is someone there at all times of the working day. We cannot be held liable for late delivery if nobody is at the location to collect;
  • Delivery will be free of charge if over a certain amount is spent.

RETURNS

  • We regrettably DO NOT accept returns of costume items due to a hygiene factor;
  • In the instance of receiving a damaged product, we will accept returns and gladly change it for you. This needs to be done within the first 2 days of receiving your cozzie.

DISCOUNTS/VOUCHERS/COUPONS

 

  • Please be aware that a coupon/voucher that you have received cannot be used on a sale item;
  • Insert your voucher, coupon or discount code in the designated area t receive the discount;
  • A discount code can only be used once;
  • If there are any issues, give us a shout as we would not want you to miss out on your special.
